Migrate User’s Emails from the Source Domain to the Destination Tenant

Step 1. Download and Launch the tool on the system. Choose the Source and Destination as Office 365.

Stage 2. Remove Source Office 365 Tenant Domain

Step 1 – Remove the domain from Users

Stage 3. Connect Domain to Destination Office 365 Tenant

  • Step 1. Move to Office 365 destination tenant admin center and select Setup > Domains
  • Step 2. Choose the Add Domain option.
  • Step 3. Provide the name of the domain that you want to add to the destination tenant and Next.
  • Step 4. Select how you want to verify the ownership of the domain.
  • Step 5. Pick one from two options; 1 – Sign in to GoDaddy, and 2 – Verification email.
  • Step 6. Now, select how you want to make the DNS changes in the destination Office 365 account. Add the DNS records for me – Configure DNS by Office 365 itself. and second one is I’ll add the DNS records myself – to attach only specific services of Office 365 in your selected domain. Here, we pick the second option.
  • Step 7. Now, click on Next, and choose to skip this step.
  • Step 8. Click on Finish.

Stage 4. Migrate Users from Destination Tenant to Destination Domain
