Migrate Multiple Google Accounts
This software facilitates adding multiple projects in source and destination & migrates them simultaneously. Just go to the Advanced settings section and enable multiple accounts to migrate the user accounts concurrently.
Transfer G Suite Data Via Admin Account
Users are allowed to migrate Google Apps through admin accounts only. So, by providing the admin IDs for both source & destination users can connect with the admin accounts and migrate data easily.
Map Users in 3 Ways
It offers 3 options to map users between Source & Destination.
- Fetch Users: It automatically fetches and displays user Ids from the source and leaves the destination field blank for the users to fill.
- Import Users: Through this, users can directly add CSV files containing Source & Target User mailboxes for the migration.
- Download Template: It allows users to download a sample CSV file which they can use to import & map the user accounts.
Execute Re-run Migration
The G Suite Migration software let users re-do the process in 3 ways depending on the requirement.
- Re-run Full Migration: It’s applicable when any item(s) have been skipped during the initial run.
- Retry Failed Items: Users can migrate the items that couldn’t make it to the destination in the 1st run.
- Delta Migration: It’s useful to migrate newly arrived items.(from the 2nd attempt onwards)
Perform Account-Based Priority Migration
While trying to transfer G Suite data via admin account, it allows users to set priority on the user mailboxes which helps in pre-defining the order & migrate accordingly from source to destination.
Track The Live Progress
When the process is going on the G Suite Migrator Wizard will display the live progress. Users can monitor the progress through different tabs- All, Pending, Processing, and completed.
Handle Migration Effectively
After migrating G Suite data to the desired destination, it will generate a detailed report listing all the users and items that are being successfully migrated and what are left. Through this, users can easily handle errors.
Stop Migration At Any Time
